Worthington Armstrong Venture (WAVE), a joint venture between Armstrong World Industries, Inc. and Worthington Enterprises, Inc., has acquired all of the assets of Data Center Resources, LLC (DCR) related to the design and manufacture of customizable, modular aisle containment solutions for data centers, under the Cool Shield brand.
WAVE is the North America leader in the design and production of suspended ceiling system solutions sold under the Armstrong brand name. WAVE combines the culture and strengths of both parent companies.
The DCR solutions expand the existing portfolio of Armstrong products for data centers including DynaMax® structural grid and Ultima® AirAssure® ceiling products. For more information about this acquisition, visit Armstrong News.
